How information is collected, used, measured and retained by zoubi.moe and by Moe Zoubi’s mobile apps and games.

Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form can collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, region, project or consulting category, timing, budget range and the free-text information you submit. Only provide information that is appropriate for an initial business inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
Moe uses the information to understand and respond to your request, prepare for a conversation and maintain reasonable business records. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship. Inquiry data is delivered to Moe’s self-hosted mailbox on the same server; it is not sent to analytics.
Website measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use and improve its pages. Google may receive technical information such as the page visited, browser or device details and approximate location derived from the network connection. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations and free-text inquiry details are not intentionally sent to analytics. Advertising and remarketing tags are not included.
Retention and protection
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business records and applicable obligations. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of inquiry information by emailing DM@zoubi.moe. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate records or legal obligations.

This site may link to external services and sources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Mobile apps and games
This section applies to the mobile apps and games published by Moe Zoubi, listed on Google Play under the developer name ZOUBI.MOE, including Monkey Rush. It covers current and future apps. If a specific app ever collects more than what is described here, that app’s store listing and this page will say so.
No accounts, ads or tracking
The apps do not require an account and do not contain advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, unless an app’s store listing says otherwise.
Data stored on your device
Game progress and settings, such as scores, in-game currency, unlocked items and sound settings, are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
Update checks
When an app opens or returns to the foreground, it may download a small version file from zoubi.moe to check whether an update is available. This request sends no personal information. Standard server access logs, such as IP address, time and user agent, may be kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting. They are not shared or used to identify anyone.
An app may also ask Google Play whether an update is available. Google handles that check under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Permissions
Permissions are used only for app features, for example internet access for the update check and vibration for haptic feedback.
Children
The apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
