Moe’s work sits at the intersection of business analysis, custom software and implementation. That perspective comes from building systems and from being responsible for the day-to-day processes those systems must support.
He founded Regium Management, with experience managing more than 100 rental units and consulting connected to more than 200 residential and commercial units, alongside leasing, maintenance, staff, vendors, reporting, project and construction coordination. He also co-founded Canadian Property Alliance and CANWRK, connecting property operations with distributed workforce and outsourcing experience.
Earlier telecommunications experience includes founding YAP, which merged with 1Tel in 2021, and co-founding Free-Line. Software experience includes Dstar’s backend and administrative systems plus custom property, payment, scheduling, listings, visitor and communication platforms.
That range matters because payments, scheduling, reporting, communications, contractors and administrative bottlenecks are connected parts of an operation. Good software decisions account for the people responsible for the work, the exceptions they handle and the commercial result the system must support.
